Total fitness is achieved through a combination of balanced nutrition, physical activity and mental well-being. My philosophy is based on teaching people how to integrate these components into their lifestyle in a realistic, safe and lasting way.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, I serve the intermountain region working with professional athletes, clinical patients and in academic situations.
